P. Laine Blasch
Laine is an Organizational Development Consultant with more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit and higher education administration. Her work has helped organizations across the nonprofit spectrum deliver real impact to their communities, from small start ups, to multi-year operational projects, to large scale capital initiatives.

With this experience, a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan, and a focus on clarity of vision, Laine drives performance improvement and advances organizational missions with both measurable and sustainable results. This depth of organizational expertise equips her to translate complex programs, institutional priorities, and long-term strategies into compelling, fundable grant proposals.
As a Certified DiSC® Workplace facilitator trained in business process mapping, her skills ensure the Trisector team can help nonprofits build the tools they need to reach their goals and bring change where it matters most.

Krista Vink
Krista is a nonprofit leader and fundraising strategist with nearly 15 years of experience strengthening development operations, donor engagement, and organizational systems. Her background in direct fundraising - including managing a portfolio of 700+ donors - gives her insight into both the frontline and operational sides of development.
Krista specializes in change management, system modernization, and equipping teams with tools, processes, and training that drive measurable results. Her work includes leading system upgrades, launching mid-level donor programs, improving donor retention and revenue, and streamlining workflows that make fundraising more efficient for advancement teams. She is known for building structure that helps nonprofits grow with clarity and confidence.

Abbie Bauer
Abbie is a nonprofit operations professional with over a decade of experience strengthening philanthropy systems, donor care, and organizational infrastructure. With a background spanning donor relations, CRM administration, project management, and cross-departmental coordination, she brings a holistic understanding of what makes development teams run smoothly behind the scenes.

She specializes in building systems that scale, modernizing operational processes, and equipping staff with clear workflows, tools, and documentation that reduce friction and increase efficiency. Her work has included optimizing CRM databases, refining donor acknowledgment and stewardship pipelines, improving data integrity, developing reporting frameworks, and streamlining back-end processes that support sustainable fundraising growth.

Designer & Creative Partner
Mick Rutowski
Mick is a designer and artist who brings clarity, creativity, and strong visual storytelling to Trisector Consulting’s client projects. With a BFA from Kendall College of Art & Design, he has designed for both nonprofits and local creatives, including leading design work for large-scale fundraising initiatives for the Corewell Health Foundation.
Mick also contributes his creative insight to the Grand Rapids Artists Bureau (GRAB) as it works to elevate the region’s visual arts community. At Trisector, he provides clean, intentional design that strengthens fundraising materials, case statements, and organizational storytelling.
