Communications Manager
Kikki Lone
With a communications degree and years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Kikki has a passion for helping local nonprofits succeed and is proud to have worked with many revered nonprofit leaders in West Michigan. Her specialties lie in marketing, administration, event planning and donor relations.

As the Operations & Traffic Manager for 88.1fm WYCE, Kikki helped raise over $100,000 per year through various fundraisers and events, including the infamous WYCE Jammie Awards. She was also responsible for managing a team of over 70 volunteers, creating website and social media content, and developing and maintaining relationships with station donors and partners. Kikki’s time at WYCE taught her the importance of innovation, organization and adaptability.

Kikki has worked with numerous Trisector Consulting clients to create marketing strategies and materials that align with their organizational needs. With a commitment to creativity and integrity in every project, Kikki is excited to help West Michigan nonprofits grow and thrive.

Grant Writer
Callie Sumpter
Callie is an experienced grant writer who thrives on securing funding and building strong partnerships. She excels at managing the grant application process with precision, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and conducting in-depth research to craft compelling proposals that perfectly align with funder priorities.
Her background spans nonprofit programming and education, where she has developed a knack for strategic planning and fostering community connections. Callie’s early teaching career sharpened her ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, a skill she brings to every project.
Holding a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with minors in Economics and Human Rights, Callie is committed to making a positive impact. She is excited to help nonprofits secure the funding they need to create meaningful change.

Fundraising and Event Specialist
Ashley Mayle
Ashley is a fundraising and event planning professional with a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in accounting from Baker College. With years of experience organizing fundraisers under her belt, Ashley knows what it takes to reach your fundraising goals.
Ashley grew up in Grant and eventually moved to Newaygo when she met her husband 13 years ago. She loves the small town feel while still being close enough to the city when needed, and she is always looking for ways to help Newaygo grow. Ashley is also an Event Coordinator for Big Bend Campground and runs her own business, Empire Detailing LLC, and a small hobby farm with her husband.
With a diverse range of skills and passion for everything she does, Ashley always has something she’s working on and is looking forward to helping you achieve your fundraising goals!
